Clare (also known as Clara) Pryke, is the founder of our recruitment agency here in Hampton. She has over thirty years' experience in the childcare sector including teaching in Early years, Nursery school manager, SEN, Montessori directress, High profile nanny, and mum of two grown-up children. With such a wealth of experience behind her, Clare is passionate about the importance of excellent childcare.

As a professional and a mother, Clare strongly believes that all children should receive the best possible care, in order to meet their personal, social, emotional, and physical needs. Fundamentally, we would like each child to have the opportunity to reach their full potential whilst building positive relationships with adults. We will recruit high calibre candidates and ensure during the interview process that we all share the same ethos.
