THE PROCESS
It can be very stressful, not to mention time-consuming trawling through profile after profile - this is where we come in! Having listened to your requirements and keeping full confidentiality, it is our task to find you that perfect fit.
How the process works
Each candidate is interviewed by us face to face so we can really get to know them as an individual, ensuring we recruit professional, and dedicated lovely people who share the same ethos as we do.
We rigorously undertake all the necessary background checks to include qualifications, enhanced DBS, identity, and right to work.
All candidates who go through our vetting process will hold a first-aid certificate, as well as verified references.
A personal profile is then created for each candidate who we think might be suitable for you. You will not be bombarded with a large number of these, only two-three carefully chosen applicable ones.
When you are ready to interview, we are here to do all the arranging, offer advice on interview questions, provide feedback afterwards and talk you through salary and contracts.
The next steps
Should you choose to make a permanent job offer, we want the whole process to be as seamless and harmonious as it can be. Only when you are happy, then we are happy. No fee is payable to us until all parties are in agreement. We can put you in touch with organisations (that we work closely with) who will help you with tax matters.
