About the Role
We are looking for a kind, confident, and hands-on Mother’s Help to join a lovely family with two young daughters – a newborn (6 weeks) and an independent, confident 3-year-old, who attends nursery.
Mum is at home and would love a capable extra pair of hands to support her day-to-day. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with experience caring for babies and who has a proactive, helpful approach.
The role includes:
• Assisting with the newborn and supporting Mum with daily routines
• Light household duties: folding laundry, putting on washes, tidying, keeping the kitchen clean
• Simple family cooking and kitchen organisation
• Joining playground trips and helping with the 3-year-old when needed
• Occasional help with the friendly family dog (no walks needed – there’s a dog walker!)
• Being a reliable, thoughtful presence who helps keep things ticking along
The family has a cleaner.
Located near the station and all amenities – easy and convenient for commuting.
Hours:
• Monday: 8:30am – 5:30/6pm
• Tuesday: 12pm – 6pm
• Thursday: 12pm – 6pm
• Ad hoc evening babysitting as needed
Start ASAP | Up to £22 gross per hour
About You:
• Experienced with babies and young children
• Happy to muck in and help where needed
• Confident, reliable, and organised
• Warm, friendly, and respectful of a shared role with Mum
• Someone who loves dogs!
Driver not required.
